Our mission is to improve the quality of life for patients and families and be the Compassionate Guide for end-of-life Hospice care in our community.
What We Do
While illness can affect how a person lives, Community Hospice focuses on improving the physical comfort and well-being of the patient. Many people receiving our care continue to enjoy social activities that are meaningful to them. We help our patients remain mobile, alert, and engaged for as long as their condition allows.
