Foundation 5000 5K Run/Walk (6:30am-10:30am)

Join us in volunteering for The Foundation 5000, presented by UF Health St. Johns Foundation. This community event is aimed at supporting the UF Health St. Johns Care Connect Bus Mobile Outreach Clinic. As the second annual 5K, this race will create a positive impact within our community, aiding our most vulnerable populations through the generous contributions of our participants and sponsors.
